The floor has not been mopped properly since I was admitted on 3 March. Feet were dirty on walking to and from toilet. Same stain was on the floor for days until my wife cleaned it. Having been a caretaker for 20 yrs I know how important this is and difficult when the ward is full. Excellent care and kindness shown and most have good people skills. A big thank you!
