I have always found Nurse Anne Jones to be friendly, efficient and kind. She has carried out her tasks with great confidence and has always put me at ease.

Impressed by quality of temporary "portacabin" accommodation, and efficiency of service following loss of original building. Was dealt with exactly on time in a friendly and efficient manner throughout.

I have been intending to write to express my views on the treatment and care which I have received for many years by my GP Church Street Practice and finally sit here to do so having requested an address to write to. In the first instance I would like to say how special I have found the Phlebotomy Nurse Team. Since I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation 5 years ago. I have had regular INR blood tests to control the warfarin dose I have since taken daily. When I attend the nurses always greet me with a smile and ask how I am and put me at ease. Having had probably hundreds of blood samples taken over my life I am still a 'baby' when it is done and 'wince' at the touch of the needle! The nurses at the Practice, however, put me at ease and I often don't feel anything. Any post blood bruising is almost always minimal. Without exception, the nurses make me feel that I am very special and am their only patient. I can't thank them enough. I hope that this formal 'thank you' will although me to express my gratitude more widely. In respect of the GP and other services like an xray or physio, provided at the Practice, I also think that they are very special with similar care and attention. My current GP also makes me feel I am her only patient. I have had to visit her numerous times over the past 5 years. In addition to the occasional minor health problem, I have had appointments due to my Atrial Fibrillation and Prostate Cancer. Due to her attention to detail and my annual check-ups, it was diagnosed early and I am told that after follow-ups at the hospital that I have an 'all clear'. I apologize for this long Note but feel that I must finally say 'thank you'. With all the problems that the NHS has, we are blessed at our Practice and long may it continue!

I was not expecting immediate attention but was lucky that the receptionist advised there was a gap in appointments, so I was able immediately to have my blood test.
