I received excellent care from the podiatry team at Chertsey and have now returned to work, something that was looking unlikely previously.

I went in for nail surgery today. I suffer with anxiety and other MH conditions. I was alone and very nervous. I was called in very promptly and greeted kindly by a podiatrist that informed me she had a student in today and could she perform the surgery. I said yes and she was fantastic. There was a team of 3 women, they worked alongside each other superbly, in a very professional manor with compassion and kindness, they instantly got my heart rate down and it was the most laid back pain free surgery I’ve ever had. Top care from beginning to end. I would certainly recommend this surgery. Many thanks for your help today, I look forward to pain free days ahead.

I was kept well informed and able to make informed decisions. Staff were polite and reassuring. The facilities were clean.

Service was professional, prompt, polite, friendly with good communication of ailment and prognosis.....I was very impressed!!!! Service could be improved by the recording of and continued use of (a) (the) standard appointment card.

Sarah and her colleague were wonderful! They were so kind and put me at ease when I was very nervous to have the toenail surgery. totally professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them completely.

Very friendly. Put you at ease and explain the trouble you have and what to do.
