West Valley Hospital

It is a little odd going to the 9th floor of an office block in central Croydon, but the hospital was great, staff were efficient and kind and I was well cared for. I appreciated the good transport links for my follow up appointments but we had no difficulty using their carpark when I had limited mobility.

Great experience at this hospital but even better that Dr. Mallina sets a standard for professionalism. Thank you for your care whilst at this hospital!

Well managed, excellent and the best hospitals I have ever visited.

I had a mini tummy tuck here and was abit worried as I was due to go into Shirley oaks but I'm so glad I went here instead. The hospital was immicuate and I was looked after really well by all the staff. I felt extremely well looked after and noone was in a rush to get me out and get me home. All. The nurses were Lovely and had lots of time for me and all my questions.

I experienced a lapse in service where I had to follow up with my care rather than the hospital providing the information as discussed. Still, the staff the nursing team were excellent and made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

This is a new hospital. I have lived in Croydon for a long time and didn't know where it was initially but was very easy to find as it is so close to West Croydon Bus Station. The hospital was extremely clean and if you didn't know you were in Croydon you would think you were in Central London. All the staff I came in contact with were extremely lovely - including the ones I spoke to prior to my appointment. Croydon Day Hospital has an a calming and professional atmosphere, everyone seemed to be working hard and there was a tranquil atmosphere. The hospital decor was tasteful and calming and there was plenty of space so patients were not sitting right next to each other. I would recommend this hospital.
