Not an experience that I wanted of course but both [name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would not be where I am on my journey to recovery without them. Whatever you are paying them is not enough.

Everyone I encountered, Soon Li, [name removed] and [name removed], were absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, professional and caring. I felt in the best of hands. They took time to explain everything, answer questions and generally make sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on and understood everything.

Nothing comes to mind. I could not have received a better service.

the staff were friendly and kind, i liked the easy access to the friends shop, and the fact the tv had subtitles. the area was clean and not over crowded.
