I was treated with care, courtesy and a smile. Nurs e(?) [name removed] thoroughly examined my knee, appeared to be very kowledgeable and requested an x-ray. There were a few delays but quite acceptable ones. I was given information leaflets regarding my type of injury.
Given an appointment time. Not too long to wait. Everyone friendly and helpful. Gave a clear diagnosis felt confident with result.
I came here on walk in basis (wasn't aware I had to make an appointment) was seen by [name removed] immediately. He was particularly on after care.
The receptionist was efficient and explained the appointment process.
My son has additional needs and I thought this was going to be a very difficult visit- he is very scared of hospital. [name removed] was brilliant with him- thank you so much.
Treated well.
[name removed] was extremely helpful and informative as was the x ray radiologist excellent service received in minor injuries unit.
Because it was positive and helpful.
