[name removed] is brilliant, listens to what I have to say about my knee pain and is so caring whilst being an absolute professional. She is absolutely amazing.
The service I received at West Berkshire Community Hospital was excellent. The staff went out of their way to look after me everywhere was very clean and tidy.
Because they matched the treatment!
I cannot praise [name removed] highly enough. She is knowledgeable, kind, and a good communicator. She listens, adapts what she says accordingly, is clear in her suggestions whilst still negotiating an agreed plan, is affirming, and picks up again from the same point next time. I wish more (of us) clinicians could be like this
All good and very helpful
As always very pleased with the treatment
I receive.
Very pleasant service and experience from the care team
Excellent service and delivery
[name removed] my physiotherapist was excellent and she was very helpful
[name removed] on reception was outstanding, she really went over and above to be helpful and kind, both on the phone and in person.
The practitioner I saw did could not find what was wrong, so she gave me a leaflet about some exercises, recommended painkillers and referred me back to the GP if the pain didn’t improve.
It was a quick examination which was not able to get to the bottom of the issue. I didn’t understand how she could be sure exercises would help/not harm since she couldn’t diagnose what was wrong and I felt they should talk patients through exercises/show them how to do them and make sure they understand rather than just giving them a leaflet.
