The Receptionist was helpful.
The physio introduced herself when we met and didn't mind me videoing her model of a knee. The model was very useful for me to understand my problem.
When l arrived, I appreciated being given the wipe clean board to write down my needs.
Thanks for offering this questionnaire.
The consultant was empathetic and very positive about solutions and future treatment options. He had time to listen and to explain answers to questions. I was treated with courtesy and respect and it was a boost to see this medical professional.
The location of WBH is so convenient for me.
[name removed], my physio, was really good and helped me no end in getting my TKR back to normal again with different easy to understand exercises at each review stage. She was such a morale booster, as it can be quite hard going and frustrating.
The only negative was the delay we had to wait to be seen, then wait for X-ray, then wait again to be seen. It took nearly 4 hours.
People were very nice and I have no problem
