My answers are true ti how I felt. It was appt 4am and still the nursing staff were polite and caring
Staff member called Audra, booking people in at minor injuries was utterly lovely.
Doctor/GP when finally saw my son seemed rude initially, took us through to a room but it was two rooms, we wondered through to next one and she told us off, but didn’t feel like it was clear which one we were meant to be in. We are sorry we intruded in the other room. She was then abrupt and and dismissive - an allergic reaction, but he has no known allergies, so we will keep an eye on potential allergies.
Right at the end, I apologised if I had wasted anyone’s time (eye had looked very concerning but had gone down considerably) and Dr was very reassuring.

I felt the the staff were mixed in ability. One did not seem to be able to operate the software system. I was asked the same basic questions by several different people. There was no evidence that records of previous attendances at same A&E also with similar cardiac problem was available. It was quite noisy. I could not hear /understand the final advice as I was discharged. A private cubicle /room/area should have been used. Subsequent letter to my GP did not give numeric information on blood test results that she expected. Letter not copied to me as happened previously.
Good experience. Just took 3 hours to give me the all clear and prescribe medication
I have been a Nurse at Warwick hospital during my training for R.G.N.
I noted no nurse was allowed to assist in helping a patient to move. This l did not mind, however, l rail or bar to gain leverage would have been a great assistance.
I have bowel and lung cancer and they understood the need to see me quickly in triage and agreed what action was required which I was happy about.

So impressed with parking near A and E, pleasantness of reception staff, waiting time, ambience of waiting area and efficiency in general. Medical staff were professional, caring and helpful throughout. Atmosphere through the entrance, corridors etc were calm, clean and user friendly.
