I felt the the staff were mixed in ability. One did not seem to be able to operate the software system. I was asked the same basic questions by several different people. There was no evidence that records of previous attendances at same A&E also with similar cardiac problem was available. It was quite noisy. I could not hear /understand the final advice as I was discharged. A private cubicle /room/area should have been used. Subsequent letter to my GP did not give numeric information on blood test results that she expected. Letter not copied to me as happened previously.

Please see above. One nurse or doctor co-ordinating and relating to me. Clear and explicit information about the findings of blood tests, ECG and the conclusion on my condition.
