Although it is contrary to what PALs say on the OHFT website more often than not they don’t respond.
The Warneford don’t appear to ever get inspected by the CQC.
This morning, 25/8/21, NHS staff were demonstrating for better pay but wouldn’t let me work today therefore decreasing my earnings. There is no evidence they care.

Whenever you have to ring the AMHT which is always unwillingly the admin staff never ask you how you are. Even though they don’t know you they always seem to be happy to assume you are mentally sick.

They made me go there for 9am and then made me wait until 9.50am before they saw me. The solicitor told me to ask when the next CPA meeting is but they haven’t responded. They say I can’t look after myself but refuse to say how or how I can remedy it. I have told them I am well but they continue to detain me. My arm was very painful for months after the last injection but they still force me to have them. They say they don’t understand me.

They made an appointment for 9am on 25/8/21 it’s 9.23 am and I am still left outside waiting. I had to call on 23/8/21 to make sure the appointment was still today at 9am and I was told yes. The assistant at Green Tree Lodge said they were running late but if I hadn’t of asked about what time I would be seen I wouldn’t have been told about 10am. If I complain they’ll say I’m mentally ill.

My daughter is only 12 so found it difficult being away from home in hospital environment with adolescents a lot older than her
