The staff never ask me how I am and treated my family very badly.
I was talked over. I had valid reasons for not agreeing to some of the options presented and, despite noting that I have good insight into my needs, these options still appeared in the outcome letter to my GP.
There is no recourse for support for people who are in desperate need. I was referred because I am high risk for self harm and suicidal ideation and have been told to take up exercise and pay for private therapy.
It was very confusing a lot of the time being told different things by different doctors and nurses some of the staff were friendly kind and helpful
Staff on the ward have been very caring and helpful, often going out of their way to make being here as comfortable as possible. I do have an issue with not finding myself in agreement with certain details of my treatment plan which makes me feel constantly uneasy but I’m not sure how this can be addressed.

Staff are compassionate and do their best to help with any problems you have, even when they’re extremely busy.
The treatment is caring, but the lack of therapy is not good.
Very supportive care has been given by regular staff
Some unhelpful comments have been made to me though
