They made an appointment for 9am on 25/8/21 it’s 9.23 am and I am still left outside waiting. I had to call on 23/8/21 to make sure the appointment was still today at 9am and I was told yes. The assistant at Green Tree Lodge said they were running late but if I hadn’t of asked about what time I would be seen I wouldn’t have been told about 10am. If I complain they’ll say I’m mentally ill.
