Very quick following referral. Check ups were frequent. Felt as if someone was always there for me. Felt very secure and looked after.

The nurses refused to help as they were ‘busy’ even when I was v distressed
they refused to intervene when I was verbally abused and did not offer any therapy or help
I am very distressed by the constant screaming, shouting and swearing from other patients and it’s taking mr back on my recovery not forward and am traumatised
