I received help very quickly. The team I spoke to were very kind and listened.
Suggested improvements
I asked for a referral to be put back on my medication back in September but was given a link to mind. I had to ask to see another GP to get a referral.

Staff on ruby ward were mainly focused on helping one patient who took up most of their time. People were self harming in communal areas staff did nothing to stop this. Overall it was very detrimental

People getting your name wrong. Things promised not happening. Having to go upstairs to sign in to have to go back down stairs to wait Not being understood as a whole person - you can have a physical and a mental condition at the same time.

Spend more time understanding the whole person.
