The nurses refused to help as they were ‘busy’ even when I was v distressed they refused to intervene when I was verbally abused and did not offer any therapy or help I am very distressed by the constant screaming, shouting and swearing from other patients and it’s taking mr back on my recovery not forward and am traumatised
