Pt’s daughter gave feedback ‘Elaine was absolutely amazing, she made such a difference. It was unbelievable, masterful. She sorted a variety of things, antibiotics, age uk referral, DN’s. His cellulitis has now been kept at bay by the antibiotics.

Pt gave feedback ' Sarah was brilliant, she was kind and so efficient. Within half an hour she got me the antibiotics I needed for my leg. She also took bloods so now my medication has been adjusted as well as further treatment for low ion'.

Pts relative gave feedback ‘ Valentina was amazing, we were very happy’.

Valentina recommended a DNR on her file, but we have not heard from the doctor about this being added. Also we called the doctor at 12pm but she was not seen for 5 hours, we think that may have been due to the doctor not referring her quick enough.

Absolutely lovely staff that always go above and beyond with support and encouragement, outstanding and empathetic professionals that really really care and want the best outcome for you as an individual patient. The Recovery Record app technology is excellent and has really made the difference as daily accountability can be so challenging as an adult vs under adolescent services, it is also an excellent review tool to discuss particular events in person. Shout out to Dr Laura Aggett and OT Tom from the ward!! Personally this team has been critical to me being able to finish my university degree, honestly life changing and I am so so grateful to them!!
