Professional and courteous at every step. One would expect this from private care but sadly not all private hospitals meet the same exacting standards and The Harbour Hospital stands out as exemplary in my opinion having been treated at three different private hospitals and having experienced three further for care of my parents.

Very caring and attentive staff.

My assessment was honest and this was much appreciated and I was treated with dignity, care, compassion and honesty. Would highly recommend. Given insight into another condition which I was eternally grateful for.

I was surprised that it was possible for a “patient” to be in the waiting area without a face mask, I remonstrated with him and most reluctantly he put one on, to the relief of the other person apart from myself who was in the waiting area. With so many staff go back and forwards this really should not happen!

With what was a complex procedure all the staff were very professional in carrying out their respective duties

I usually like to criticise at opportunities like this , but I can't !! Albeit my first time to receive treatment at this hospital , _ a hiatus hernia , I am full of praise for every employee at that hospital that I met . I can't criticise the N.H.S. for their service but after the pre op. tests , my waiting time would be around 5 months . At B.M.I. it took just 4 weeks from initial enquiry to surgery & discharge . ( Final sign off in approximately 5 weeks time . ) I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to anyone . Butterflies in the stomach were non existent ! Thank you everybody .
