Why do a welfare check on a mental health patient scaring the life out of them witnessing they are terrified then discharge them when they are vulnerable at home with a fractured leg. Why tell them they are going to do a social services care plan then not hear from them again. Why say you will note your severe health difficulties and then try and force them into work placement when they are not fit and in a state being denied support. Why deny me a place in the crisis house, because someone being so discharged from st Ann’s gets priority. Why deny that I have cptsd and diagnose me with personality difficulties.

This place is horrific and damaging to it patients, they need to further train their support workers and nurses and not leave patients with trauma from this place, years after leaving! AVOID! And they will tell any visitors that you don't want to see them and get annoyed if you argue that you do!
