Great care from majority of the staff, but it’s clear that the ward is extremely busy and at times staff get overwhelmed which results in arguments between them. As a patient who’s just been through a surgery it’s the last thing you want to hear through the curtain. Nevertheless the medical care was outstanding and I’m extremely grateful for that. I would definitely choose this hospital and ward again.
- Cleaning of the bathrooms could be more thorough, there were hair and patients blood on some of the equipment.

Midwives Noria and Praveena have been so supportive and caring of me

Services can be improved mainly for risky pregnancies
- Doctors and midwifes are professional. I believe they should have the autonomy to decide what’s best for patient not otherwise. Plus there are delays in many services.

Air conditioning was broken during heatwave, and night staff could be more friendly.
- It was okay, night staff could be better. As felt the day staff were more caring, understanding, and friendly. Night staff made you feel bad for asking for something or ringing the call bell.
