Ultrasound department appallingly unhelpful staff. I asked for a female sonographer and my polite request was not understood by the 2 rude receptionists who had plenty of time to chat nicely to each other. One had a 2 year old boy I heard. Flora the sonographer was told that I needed a female. Flora deliberately caused confusion and unpleasantness for me by asking her male mzlim colleague to call me. The male mzlim with a beard then deliberately stared at me in a predatory manner and blocked me as I tried to enter the US room. He then came into the room ans continued staring at me. The staff were appalling. No safeguarding or care towards patients. Flora and reception staffand the bearded mzlim male are not fit to work in the NHS. I was not treated with any dignity or respect.

Communication is key for a patient to feel safe. I had my mouth clamped the dentist had to call for help on both appointments each time not telling me anything. I had to wave to ask her to stop and update me on the change of treatment they were whispering about. I found it traumatic, to ask how you are doing when having a 3hour appointment would help the patient.

I've had a telephone consultation as well as a face to face appointment during the last 6 months. I received a letter from the hospital on 18th March which was dated 12th of March. The letter stated that they had been trying to contact me but were unable to on the number they had on their records. They requested that I contact them via email or by calling them. As I have impaired sight and have difficulties navigating online communication, I telephoned them. I have called them numerous times from the 18th of March, being told that I am number 4 in the queue and not getting through after waiting for periods of over 30 minutes. I called them at 9.15 this morning and was told that I was number 3 in the queue. 50 minutes later, I have been moved to position 2 in the queue and am still waiting. It is quite clear that the administration service is not operating to normal standards of service delivery. Given that I had a telephone consultation, I was called on the number recorded on my case file. It is also clear that whoever wrote to me did not bother to check my file notes, which would have shown that I had been seen at the hospital and the letter that the consultant wrote to me following that appointment. The threat of being discharged if I do not contact them is frightening as I had to wait over 1 year for my initial consultation. I have now been on the phone for over an hour and now moved to position 1 in the queue. It beggars belief that the telephone has not been answered, and it looks like I have to abandon the call as my phone battery is running out. Terrible service is not fit for purpose.

Always delivering the highest and most excellent caring professional service & treatment from Professor Rachel and nurse Dory. You are both so wonderful, Thank you so much The guy in the reception was very lazy though he spent 20 minutes in the toilet and then kept disappearing so the queues built up and it made people look like for checking in for their appointments

Attended appointment today in Endodontics/Restorative Dept.. The way I was treated was exemplary, from the security guard on entry, the nurses on admittance, the reception staff, clinical staff to the consultant. Every single person was welcoming, polite and caring. It's been a while since I felt so well looked after! Thanks for making what could have been a stressful experience so relaxing. The new building is great too.

Utter waste of time: I was referred by my dentist for some very important 'issues' and after the 4th or the 5th visit here I was told by a doctor/teacher (in his 50's, grey hair, glasses) they cannot do anything for me. When I complained to their in house system, they passed my details to the same doctor who not only wrote a long letter twisting everything in his favour but also gave him my number to have a long conversation which he kept dominating by not allowing me to talk. I do not need this bearing in mind I have wasted so many months attending all these appointments at around 3-4 weeks interval each. They simply wasted my time as I sensed they prefer you to go private and spend lots of money as these people trained here seem to charge. It is a conning system designed to waste your time and take your money as is so un-regulated and in other countries costs a fraction of what is costs in central London.

I can't fault the treatement by Proffesor Zack and Dr Shepherd plus the team. Did have a problem trying to get the appointment verified diffucult to get through to switchboard. I have really always felt respected and that as a person my views were listened to, I genuinely think that the care I have recieved did make think that I was in very safe and capable hands and that I did matter. The building is old and quite depressing - I would happily make some artwork to perhaps brighten it up. But blame NHS cuts for the environment and lack of resources. The facial pain Team in my opinion have exemplary.

Re Dr Mehri Eghtessad, Dental pain clinic. The most appalling treatment I have ever received from this Dr. She was uncaring, dismissive, and clearly couldn't care less. Especially considering the amount of distress the problem causes me, and how badly affects my life. A lot more care and respect for the patient should be shown. I most definitely would not recommend this clinic at all.

Absolutely appalling treatment by the dr I saw - I can't remember her name unfortunately, but a middle aged indian woman. She obviously couldn't have cared less, didn't want to know and just wanted to get rid of me. Absolutely unbelievable. Was scathing about the things I had tried to do like relaxation techniques to help myself. My advice, go elsewhere if at all possible.
