I am really sorry this is how you feel and I have escalated your comment to the service manager. Excellent staff, beautiful meals, definitely treated with kindness and compassion, excellent ward rounds, leaves and visitors extremely well accommodated.
Thank you for your feedback, I am aware a lot of people do not like the new bench style dining tables. I can advise that these are designed for hospital settings and meet all safety regulations. They have been fixed to the ground and should not pose any safety issues.

Thank you for your feedback and your concerns have been passed on to the clinical team. Our sincerest apologies that the family were not consulted as we agree this would have ensured clearer communication between both the family and the nursing team. We will ensure that next of kin and family members are consulted to ensure they feel as comfortable as possible when returning to see their loved one.
I have been totally understood, and been made to feel normal and at ease.
Got regular visits from workers that were very supportive understanding and caring. Having the new medication presented by Dr. [name removed] was essential for my anxiety to help with it.
Our phones are staffed 24/7 so I am sorry this happened. More details i.e. what time of day and what number you called would be helpful, I can then look in to this in more detail to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your feedback.
