I was told I would be contacted in 2 days from my assessment in fact I had to phone and chase a response which was nearly two weeks later and I still haven’t had a treatment plan or anything else I am not surprised people are in crisis as my support has been zero not impressed

Contacted me when told I would be and I have not had a treatment plan I have just been left hanging
