[name removed] is very easy to talk to and family oriented. I feel she has taken our sons needs into account at all times and offered brilliant communication and sensitivity to childrens needs . Been a pleasure to work with her .

Service was good.
However, other services do not step up as follow up after service.
Suggested improvements
Better follow up and after discharge no support for mental health.

Many of the service users we work with are discharged back to the care of their GP. Not everyone requires formal mental health services. Every service user/member of the public for Northamptonshire can access mental health services via the Integrated Response Hub which is available 24/7.
