Good:
Excellent care bu theatre staff and all nurses. Explained everything very well, kept me well informed throughout the procedure and made me very comfortable. Professional and extremely outstanding service from the HCPS. Thanks you.
To Improve:
Waiting time too long, told to expect one and a half hours, it took over two and three quarters of an hour which prolonged procedure.
Please reduce wait.

Whilst there was a lot of form filling and the photocopies were poor making it difficult to understand the questions the overall level of care was very good.

The patience and consideration from all staff is excellent. I didn't feel at all embarrassed throughout the procedure. I am also deaf in right ear but doctors and staff considered.
The waiting areas are nice and clean.
I was early for my appointment (1 month) and was still able to be fitted in which i am very grateful for.

The staff are just wonderful - they are friendly and caring. Explaining everything clearly and giving you confidence as a patient that you are in the best place with the best care possible. To improve - increase staff levels as they are all under huge pressure with so many patients.
