The patience and consideration from all staff is excellent. I didn't feel at all embarrassed throughout the procedure. I am also deaf in right ear but doctors and staff considered. The waiting areas are nice and clean. I was early for my appointment (1 month) and was still able to be fitted in which i am very grateful for.
