Good:
Excellent care bu theatre staff and all nurses. Explained everything very well, kept me well informed throughout the procedure and made me very comfortable. Professional and extremely outstanding service from the HCPS. Thanks you.
To Improve:
Waiting time too long, told to expect one and a half hours, it took over two and three quarters of an hour which prolonged procedure.
Please reduce wait.
