My consultant has a very reassuring relaxed manner, never rushes our meetings and always includes myself and my partner in any decision making.
Clinic usually runs late but we can understand these things happen and wouldn't want patients rushed through.

I was greeted by Lumina Leandre at the reception. Very welcoming and with a sympathetic approach- as I was told that my appt. for today was canceled. Lumina I was very upset- supported me by giving me the right advice on how to re book my appt and showed empathy.
