Appointment booked for 9 am but not seen by doctor until 9:40 am. No reason given for delay.

My appointment was for 10:10. I was seen at 12:40, it is like this everytime I come.

Time is not kept. I had to wait for more than 3 hours to be seen. Patients need to be prioritised according to their likelihood of consultation with doctors, or make appointment to a number of patients to doctors available on the day.

Pleasant team in the GCG room, helpful. On arrival (1st time here). The reception did not take much notice. After saying hello. I was shown the time which was hidden by the pillow so couldn't see it at first. The lady behind the door looked tired, perhaps unwell later the gentlemen there were very helpful and approachable, thank you.
