Pleasant team in the GCG room, helpful. On arrival (1st time here). The reception did not take much notice. After saying hello. I was shown the time which was hidden by the pillow so couldn't see it at first. The lady behind the door looked tired, perhaps unwell later the gentlemen there were very helpful and approachable, thank you.
