The staff from start to finish was reassuring professional, they kept checking on me to ensure I was ok and not in any discomfort.

The new computer systems did cause a bit of a delay in someone organising my appointment

My experience with the consultant and team was first class and I would recommend both to family and friends.My journey from the first consultation to the procedure and aftercare was very good I was made to feel at ease and everything was discussed in great depth to enable me to make a decision regarding my treatment plan.

The clinic is very clean and is well maintained. All staff I encountered were so pleasant. The area the clinic is based is ideal for a bit of shopping and food.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff at Spire Cheshire Hospital, with particular thanks to Mr. Samsudin, the anaesthetists and the operating department team, who worked with exceptional professionalism on the 17th of January 2025. I would also like to commend the excellent ward nurses for their attentive care. From check-in to discharge, the entire process was conducted seamlessly. I felt listened to, made to feel comfortable, and assured of my safety throughout. It is evident that the individuals who work at this hospital are among the very best in the healthcare profession, serving as a true testament to the industry. I've awarded a 5 star review for hospital care, from beginning to end. However, car parking at Spire Warrington is a nuisance. There are often either no spaces or very few available so make sure you allow extra time to wait for a space to become free. Can Spire Hospitals not negotiate with the council to have overflow parking onto Fir Tree Close (leading up to the hospital access road) during peak hours? There are yellow lines on this road so patients need to be mindful of them, should you need to park there.
