Reception staff are quite rude and abrupt. However the nurse and doctor I saw were excellent. The cleanliness wasn't great unfortunately.

Train reception staff to treat people with dignity and understanding.

The staff were under so much pressure but still had good service .. I gave 3 because I had to ask after waiting 3 hrs how far I was in the line for X-ray but must admit that other patients that arrive reception did inform them about the long wait to be seen .but overall the nurses and receptionist do a great job under pressure x

Under the circumstances I don’t think they could do any better

I waited for four hours before being seen by a doctor while feeling sick having neck pain, pain in my left eye a headache and extreme dizziness after being kicked in the head and brief loss of consciousness.

Been seen in a more timely Manor rather than feeling like I was going to lose consciousness in the middle of the waiting room

Completely 100% satisfied the staff treated me with the upmost care and consideration kept me fully informed every step of the way

I think the emergency dept at scunthorpe and the doctors and nurses are a credit to the nhs

Staff were great, waited a long time with a young child. i believe this was because we did not need to be in a&e as it wasn’t urgent enough but were referred by 111. a out of hours gp would have been more appropriate . especially for the staff as they were so busy

I don’t think we needed to be referred to the emergency centre, an out of ours gp would have been more suitable, we felt we were using up precious time for the a&e staff.

Staff were great especially considering the current situation they are working in

More accurate waiting time communication where possible even if it is a long wait knowing is better than being told 20 minutes that becomes 2 hours.
