Staff were great, waited a long time with a young child. i believe this was because we did not need to be in a&e as it wasn’t urgent enough but were referred by 111. a out of hours gp would have been more appropriate . especially for the staff as they were so busy

I don’t think we needed to be referred to the emergency centre, an out of ours gp would have been more suitable, we felt we were using up precious time for the a&e staff.
