It was on timely base as per the letter sent to me. Very calmly asked questions, listened very calmly advising where necessary. Advice was clearly explained on medication prescribed and on previous medication to continue using it.

My prescription was wrong and couldn't be processed by any pharmacy. After I requested a new one, I didn't get any reply even a month later.

The most important thing is the fact that this hospital is so clean, organised , absolutely amazing which you don’t often see. Also the service and the stuff were absolutely the best, so kind and caring. I was immensely impressed with the service we received today. Extremely happy 😊
