Reframe is, without question, one of the most profoundly supportive services I’ve ever encountered—and for anyone navigating cancer or any similarly brutal road, I could not recommend them more highly. But while I’m praising the service, I must be honest: for me, Reframe was Margarida. She was the experience. The guiding light, the steady ground, the compassionate voice at the other end of the line when the days felt too heavy. For two years, Margarida walked beside me, not just offering knowledge and medical insight—though hers was encyclopaedic—but offering true human care. A kind of deep empathy and unwavering support that you cannot train or fake. She made my life better in countless, immeasurable ways, not through grand gestures, but through quiet constancy. Through genuine kindness, through listening without judgment, through knowing what I needed before I could even articulate it. She wasn’t simply assigned to me—she was meant for me. In truth, I cannot imagine having gone through that time with anyone else. Her belief in me, her refusal to let me feel like I was facing things alone, gave me strength I didn’t know I had. Her ability to hold space for my fear, while somehow infusing it with courage, was extraordinary. I never once asked her something she didn’t respond to with either wisdom or warmth—usually both. I consider her not just a vital professional in my care, but a trusted confidant and dear friend. Though Margarida was the one I journeyed most closely with, I also had the support of Adele, who brought her own care and insight into the mix—another calm, skilled presence in the storm. I have no doubt that everyone at Reframe shares that same level of compassion and professionalism, and that many others have found their own ‘Margarida’ within this team. But to Margarida herself: I truly cannot thank you enough. You changed my experience of a terrifying time. You were light, steadiness, and grace—and I will always be grateful.

Rebecca & Lorraine were always there when I needed advice or reassurance or just answer my questions. Having a team to support you during the most difficult time is invaluable. They treated me with kindness and compassion from the first time we spoke . Knowing there were if I needed them was a huge relief. I can't than them enough.

Jodie and Suzanne have been amazing! So supportive and caring without judging. I don't know what i would've done without their continued care support and advice. They show care and concern genuinely and not just in it because it's their job.

I would like to thank Reframe hugely for all of your truly tremendous help, advice, guidance and support. There's no magic wand and it's doing the basics right and focusing on the mental fitness and wellbeing, i.e. the things that you can control & influence. You've all been superb and it's been great having you as my lifeline / comfort blanket that I could call on any time, if, as and when needed. My 12 month cancer journey has been so much more manageable, prepared and comforting, have Reframe and the Nurse specialist support in my corner.

The above was and still is my experience with the Reframe Team. The promptness with which they cared for me and still do, My Care Manager Adele made sure that the hospital Transport was available to take me to my Chemo appointments so far. Margarita also would check on me sending their wishes. Honestly i feel supported and this is highly appreciated.

My experience is mainly a monthly catch up via messenger. It is nice to know nurses are regularly requesting updates on my progress and show an interest in my treatment, my progress and my family
