The majority of staff who looked after me were caring, kind and cared about their patients particularly the HCA’s and Ages.
However I received a lot of conflicting information sometimes even within the some medical team.
And 1 or 2 nurses only gave me pain meds when it suited them more then the patient.
Suggested improvements
Communicate better with each other.

Most of my doctor’s rounds updates were not mentioned in the notes. There was always confusion in any change of medication and the dosage.
