The majority of staff who looked after me were caring, kind and cared about their patients particularly the HCA’s and Ages. However I received a lot of conflicting information sometimes even within the some medical team. And 1 or 2 nurses only gave me pain meds when it suited them more then the patient.

Communicate better with each other.
