Most of my doctor’s rounds updates were not mentioned in the notes. There was always confusion in any change of medication and the dosage.
Suggested improvements
System needs to be updated in such a way that only once the changes in medication can b updated and both nurses and doctors can see the same data here it’s more of manual {}.
