Because the staff would go that extra mile to help.
The care the staff gives is of great help to anyone needing it as I did and still do get the care even if it by post.
coming to terms with my situation i need to take time to absorb a lot of information gradually.

My weekly telephone call from your Welfare Support Officer (Mel) is hugely uplifting and puts a spring in my step, a highlight of my week.

All staff were kind and supportive but quite limited in what they could do
There was some confusion of roles with hospital Pall Care service
on the whole staff attendance good
i feel confident in the care
