All staff were kind and supportive but quite limited in what they could do There was some confusion of roles with hospital Pall Care service

Education for Ambulance Service and Acute Medical team as to what you can provide as I was often directed to your service . However I already knew you would not provide the suggested support The system is hard to navigate as there are too many agencies that overlap and a less persistent, or seriously ill person , give up as the system does not work for the patient
