My Experience with yourselves was second to none in every way. i could find no fault in anyway everybody came together and made a team. nothing is too much to do to for us patients at any time

The restrictions due to the pandemic have been distressing . I Know this isn't the fault of staff but i feel they should review it now

Treatments and Care is holistic not just symptom led- staff are 5*. Fell better just for being here! Nurses + doctors always have time for you and information of you need it

Realise you are trying to encourage us to eat but a type 2 diabetic . i a wary of sugary puds perhaps i just haven't asked for the right alternative , extra sugar and steroids are well aren't good for your blood levels!

Considering COVID its been very good but for end of life + as long as no-one is positive we feel 2 person ruling is very difficult for family members + need lateral flow testing

hard to get the hospice support services ie spiritualist + Rodney the dog + mum was very tearful + upset + could have had some E.O.L. Hate to think we are complaining but we are not just so sad that restrictions are lifted outside but not on visiting + times + how many. We do appreciate everyones effort for our mum. Thankyou x

Very well supported. Everybody checked in to see if i needed anything. i didnt think that anything was made to feel to much trouble.

there were odd times, especially early in my stay where i was not sure what was happening or when for example Doctors visit, additional support awaiting. i wasnt expecting a time table but it was a very "loose" approach. So managing expectations 2 timing of visits. 2. Perhaps a load of name badges - very hard to remember all the faces and didnt want to embarass myself by keep asking! 3. sometimes 2 or 3 people turned up at once!
