Throughly professional service was provided by the NAMS nurse whom undertook my annual stoma review today.

Difficult to suggest anything to improve the service.

I was treated at the dot with great friendliness and asked to be seated and wait. Tammy then came after just a couple of minutes. She was very friendly and reassuring. She asked couple of questions and completed my examination. She reassessed the size of the stoma pouch and corrected it. She then invited me to sit down and ask any questions. She answered precisely and professionally putting me at ease. I felt that any queries I had weren’t silly and were answered kindly and with confidence. My experience was made very easy by her kind professional and friendly approach. The only thing I could criticise is that the signage to get to the building isn’t very clear and needs improvement.

Put larger signage to make it easier to find.

I have anxiety and always worry about people I don't know coming into my home, but Louise was friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease as much as I could. She gave me advice on a couple of areas I had questions about and left me with her contact details in case I had any further issues. I'd be more than happy to seek her advice or have her visit for any future problems.

Nothing about the actual visit or review. It was just a long time between me asking for the review visit and it actually happening - although I do understand that covid has had affected this.
