I was happy with my appointment, albeit being quite brief!

Staff were friendly, capable and caring.

The 6 week LLC course was extremely useful. It helped with reducing my long term painful knee and hip which resulted in eliminating the night pain I was experiencing. The staff were very encouraging and helped me understand how I can avoid pain long term. It has given me my confidence back.

Steve the physio was very personable and technically excellent

The staff were friendly and professional and the treatment seems to have helped improve my condition a lot, though not completely cured it. I I have a good idea now of what I need to do to keep progressing. Some of the exercises were challenging and exhausting and I felt that some elderly or infirm people might be deterred from continuing with the course, as there was sometimes pressure to perform to a required standard rather than go at one's own pace. In my own case, I enjoyed the challenge and felt it was very beneficial.

Excellent advice and care by the physio. appointment on time and receptionist extremely polite and courteous. All staff who passed me smiled and acknowledged me even though nothing to do with my appointment.

Instructors were very helpful and spent time with you and all other persons participating To make sure everyone was satisfied with the information received from the instructors

There was a good understanding of my condition and the treatment needed. The patience shown was excellent. I had one on one sessions to start with to establish my current level of fitness/strength and then took part in the weekly classes (six in total) after which I had two more one on one sessions to establish where I had got to and whether I was willing and able to carry on with the necessary strengthening exercises unsupervised and without the discipline of attending regular classes. I continue with the strengthening exercises at home and do not require further sessions with the physiotherapist - although I am free to call if the situation changes.

Lack of privacy at the Cobham Centre as the cubicles are divided by curtains. Not a problem for me but you could hear discussions between patients and physiotherapists.

The staff were outstanding and very dedicated. My stay here has helped me to rehabilitate to enable me to return home.
