Walton Community Hospital

Great to have this community hospital across the road from the doctors. I was in and out for an X-ray in 10 minutes. Great service and friendly staff.

Helpful and friendly from the reception team to the health care team who took my X-ray. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

First visit to the podiatrist. I have a serious diabetic ulcer on my big toe. Treated with respect and kindness. Treatment going forward should give complete recovery.

I had an x-ray appointment today 24/12/24. The x-ray manager Phaedra went the extra mile to get my x-ray sorted, as she has not received enough information from the surgery. She tried very hard to get the required information so she can preform the x-ray. She was very kind and helpful. Many thanks Phaedra for an excellent service.

Fantastic. My GP asked me to get a chest X-ray on Wednesday. On Wednesday evening I was called and offered a range of appointments. I chose one for Friday of the same week. I attended and was treated by a smiley professional in a clean X-ray unit at Walton Community Hospital. On time, with care and respect. Can’t believe this was all completed so quickly. Thank you to everyone involved in the chain of my care.

Parent transferred for physio on Friday, no physio attempted until Tuesday, staff lied about Parents ability to stand. Didn't notice a severe infection developing until a weeping wound that had been left all day and had soaked the bedsheets all the way under the patient. The Physios seemed to try, but everything else was appalling. On transfer back to main hospital the clothes did not get sent. Staff rude and unhelpful, never available, always seem to have something else much more important to do.

The X Ray department at Walton Community Hospital provides a great service. They are always prompt at arranging appointments, on time, and their liaison with the GP practice is very efficient. Really friendly team providing a valuable resource in our community, thank you very much for all your hard work! Louise
