I can honestly say that this is the first visit to a physiotherapist that I have been pleased - very very pleased - with. What I liked about Sam, the therapist, was that he allowed me a lot of time to tell him about my problem, not just what it was on the day, but the long history of how the problem has changed and escalated over the years and all my observations of my own body. In the past, physiotherapists have tended to insist on looking at the immediate problem on the day, go through a set of routine questions, give the exercises and discharge you. Sam has not overburdened me with too many exercises which encourages one to do them regularly. He has given me a follow up appointment four weeks hence, which is also something I really appreciate. On both occasions I have been seen on time. Having a decent free parking facility is also a huge help. The whole clinic is bright and welcoming. I was given a choice as to where I would like to go for the treatment and I certainly think I made a wise choice. Thank you. Roshan Pedder

Everything was very efficient and relaxed. My appointments in physiotherapy were on time and very informative and relaxed. The male physiotherapist, Sam, was extremely knowledgable and confident in assessing my problem and very calm, clear and honest in dealing with any fears and anxieties I had regarding the effects of my Unicompartmental Knee Replacement and my ongoing rehabilitation. He put me at ease at all times and his honesty gave me great confidence in my ability to progress with my recovery. I would strongly recommend this department to anyone who has had joint replacement surgery. Terrific.

The team were very good at keeping to time. I appreciated never having to wait. I liked the way they were very optimistic regarding outcomes despite my age and ailments. Altogether a positive experience.
