I got an appointment quickly and on the same day. The appointment was 30 minutes late though, which was aggrivating having to wait in a really warm, busy waiting room.

The only concern I had was the fact that an appointment time is given but not kept. Other than that the service is excellent

The building at Quayside is not ideal as a clinical setting for seeing patients and at busy times such as bank holidays, more locations across Medway or more clinical rooms would help the service.
