DMC Walk In Centre

Visited this walk in centre with a hour and half till closing. The receptionist just looked at me and said they where not seeing anymore patients cause it's busy this evening. I was in a lot of pain and at no point did she care about what was wrong with me or even triage me to see if I needed to be seen then or not. Terrible service and process as you will have patients who are really ill not being able to be seen while others are sitting wasting time. Will never attend again

Useful service available on Saturday, went to Canterbury St initially but directed to Hoo to see the doctor which was less convenient. Although we arrived within a few minutes of the time we were told the doctor was starting the waiting room was already full and we waited over an hour to be seen.

i found the staff to be polite and helpfull. i was also seen promtly. i will now be changing my surgery as i find it difficult to get an appointment at my current doctors.
