Kim was the best person I have come into contact with while struggling with mental health. I feel I was ignored by GPs and my symptoms got worse with the neglect from them. I was then referred to Kim and her kindness and understanding was amazing. Her knowledge was incredible and I credit her for me finally feeling better. She took the time to hear me and what I needed to get better. If only this had happened previously with my gp I truely feel then I wouldn’t have had to then be referred. I am very grateful for Kim and can’t praise her enough.

Staff and facilities are very good for my mind & body.

Because there is nothing to do, i am not allowed half my stuff.
