Staff (all members) were kind polite and understood my condition and I didn't feel at all judged staff took time to chat about hobbys etc witch made a good atmospher

The staff were so kind , helpful and always treated me with dignity + respect. The work they put in is unbelievably hard yet they never complain. It takes a special person to work in this profession. Extremely underpaid.

Staff always willing to help, I appreciate how busy they are with the constant knocks from service users when you have your own jobs to do on top, all very friendly & approachable + happy to join in a joke etc...
- I'm a reader so an induction leaflet/doc would be great to refer to. When I first arrived I'd had a drink in the morning + a new environment. JD's for staff so so's know what to expect + similar other way around. Not a comment on service but the mix of non-detox + detox could be a challenge at times when one person can cause disharmony across the whole group.

Well the staff addressed my addiction to cocaine. The Detox team have save me and made me a normal human again.
