Having been diabetic for 40 years and not seen at the hospital for 5 years i was very pleased with the care provided. The detailed support in changing my insulin, sensor and ratios to be used was excellent and tailored to my needs.

Cannot think of anything to be improved, i was seen on time and looked after by all the people i met.

The nurse I spoke with was very kind and helpful. She gave me great advice and listened to my questions and concerns. I will continue to follow the advice of the nurses here because they are so understanding and approachable .

Prompt attention by caring staff very courteous and very helpful when considering my deafness and pain I am experiencing at the moment the correct treatment was given to myself meaning no pain at Moment many thanks to all , [name removed]

The audiologist was excellent. Explained everything to me clearly and was very engaged with the process of dispensing my new hearing aid. She took the time to go through the App setup so I was all sorted. Amazing hearing aid and I’m hearing speech in my left ear for the first time in 60 years. Cannot thank the audio team and NHS enough! And free parking too!
